Be Frugal Today #11: Cancel Cable and Still Watch Your Favorite TV Shows for Free

If you’re tired of paying expensive cable TV bills but aren’t willing to give up watching your favorite TV shows, I have great news!  You don’t have to give up your shows to give up the cable bill.
Most of the television networks have the last 5 full episodes of current TV shows available to watch for free on their websites.  You have to keep current on your shows since they don’t have full episodes of the whole season available, but you’ll also be able to live without your DVR since you can still watch your shows online whenever you feel like it!
Canceling your cable service will free you of a huge monthly bill, and you can happily use that money to pay off debt or to spend on a special treat for your family.  Shutting off your cable is a frugal step that a lot of other families have taken already.  Trust me, you’ll still have your favorite shows and you’ll be much richer every month at bill time.
Below, you’ll find my list of links to the TV networks and other sites that show full episodes for free, as well as some of their most popular TV shows so you can find yours.
