1) make you have a cheek to cheek smile for 5 minutes, 
2) Laugh until your cry
3) deeply breath in breath out!
4) make you feel chest inflated proud AND/OR
5) cry with sentiment

TOSS IT AWAY! 

In fact, we are moving this weekend and I will practice this myself with my son&#039;s keepsake and mine too! :)</description>
