Our menu plan this week features spring recipes from Kitchen Parade.  Easter was a great catapult into lighter cooking for spring, now here is another week’s worth of spring recipes to inject vitality into your current dinner rotation! 


Take And Make Menu Plan: Spring Recipes

Menu is planned for a family of 4.  Please adjust ingredients and recipes up to accommodate extra people.

Meals with Recipes:

Monday

Dinner: Mango Chicken Salad recipe.  Serves 4.

 

Tuesday

Dinner: Lemon Asparagus Pasta. Makes 4 servings.

Wednesday

Dinner: Tomato Basil Quiche recipe.  This spring recipe for quiche makes 10 servings, so you’ll have plenty of leftovers for later.

Thursday

Dinner: One-Pot Chicken with Beans & Vegetables.  Makes 8 servings.

 

Friday

Dinner: Meatball Soup with Broccoli Rabe.  A spring recipe for a light soup, perfect for the changing season.  Serves 6.

Saturday

Dinner: Plant Sale Soup.  This spring recipe’s name is sure to get the attention of you gardeners out there!  Makes 12 cups.

Sunday

 

Dinner: Leftover Love. Spread out a buffet table of all the leftovers from the week’s meals.  This means a day-off for the chef!

    Oh, I love that you have a printable sheet. So often I visit somewhere, think I’d like to try it and then I never come back to if because I have forgotten where I saw it!!
