As parents, we worry about our kids having healthy ingredients in their lunches, but do we go to the same lengths for ourselves? Are we really taking healthy lunches to work, or do we think it takes too much time?

When I went to the Oscar Mayer headquarters this month, I traveled the same way I always do. I packed a lot of snacks, more than usual since I’m pregnant. What I didn’t know is that you NEVER need to bring snacks when you’re visiting a food company!
