Everyone loves going to a vacation. It is a good activity or bonding with family and friends. It is very to check on the things you need to bring. Start with the most useful like clothes, toiletries and stuff you need. Select a vacation bag that is comfortable for your belongings and also comfortable for you to bring.

Be sure to ask at the hotel if they have any balls or play items. Many of the Residence Inns have those available, and I would think other family-friendly places might as well. When I travel with my grandkids, I like to pack a soft flying saucer (like Frisbees only for the water). Then we have something fun to do outside that won’t break any windows :)

If you are flying this summer and you normally use the blankets and pillows on the plane, be aware that at least some airlines have removed them do to swine flu precautions. Even though it’s summer, it can be chilly in the later evening on a plane, especially for kids and grandkids :) You might want to take some of your own along.
