I love mac and cheese but I’m the only one that will eat the non-boxed variety. It might just be worth it…I could eat it all week!

I like the idea of using cottage cheese in a macaroni and cheese recipe. I will have to give your recipe a whirl.

This looks really great! I have not found a mac and cheese recipe that is “the one”, so I am going to give this a try. Can you taste the cottage cheese? If I told hubby that was in it, he would not eat it…..LOL. If the cheeses blend together , I am o.k. There are a lot of “hidden ingredients” in my recipes that my husband does not know about. He would not eat half the stuff that I make if he knew what ingredients were used. Thanks for sharing!!

Barbi, I am making this over the weekend for company!! I’m so excited that I’m actually hungry right now for some! I’m wondering how it would be to add in some breadcrumbs on top? Have you tried this before?
