Actually, I’m blogging more during the summer. I’m a teacher and during the school year I usually put in 60 hour weeks, so now is when I not only have the time to do it, but the time to think about what to write!

I am trying not to spend so much time on the computer with my kids out of school. So I get up early and work late at night. I am a deal blogger so I really can’t take a day off. I have also found that linking up for deals has been a great help in time management. My kids have a real hard time thinking that when mom is on the computer she is working.

I’m totally taking a break this summer!! I’ve still been going pretty busy this month but I’ve got a ton of stuff scheduled to post so I won’t have to do too much.

I agree! So, I’m limiting my blogging and getting into tweeting on twitter. Twitter is a bit bizarre, but I think I like it. The best pro for Twitter is the limit on the messaging input. Makes me get up and do a lot more. It’s too easy to get sucked into blogging, etc We’ll see how long it lasts though. I can be moody about these things. Right now Twitter is “in” for me, tomorrow, I’ll let you know. Also, if you have a business or a message to get out ~ I can see how Twitter can really work to your advantage. For me it’s motivation, energy, learning and to limit my internet needs. Enjoy your site! @SunnyDeesTweet

I gave up my blogging when I learned about Twitter. I used my blogging to help keep me motivated, focused, and share with family but sometimes I’d get too consumed by it. I am using Twitter to tweet. It has some cons but the pros are that I keep on moving. I’m new to twitter, so I’ll let you know how it really turns out. BTW Like your website. @SunnyDeesTweet

Since we decided to continue homeschooling through the summer and take a month off when the new baby comes, I’m continuing the same blogging/computer time schedule I normally have. So far it’s working great, and the kids love having something to do instead of complaining about being bored. I know it’s different for others (I didn’t always homeschool, so I remember what dealing with summer vacation is like!) but this is what’s working for us.
