Meal planning for your family can save you time, money and stress. Homemaker Barbi’s exclusive Take and Make Menu Plans contain everything you need for a week’s worth of dinners with no research and minimal work on your part! Our menus overlap ingredients as much as possible so you have to shop for and store fewer different foods. We also aim for 1 meatless meal per week to help keep your grocery budget down.
Print out the Take And Make Menu Plan each Sunday, which includes:
- A shopping list of ingredients. Print out the list, check off what you already have on hand, then take your shopping list to the store.
- A dinner meal for each day. Click the name of the meal to print the recipe and directions. (After the week is over, add the recipes to your cookbook for future use.)
We love to feature great collections of recipes in our Take And Make Menu Plans, and this week we’re using recipes from CDKitchen.com. To have your recipes featured in Take And Make Menu Plans, email tips(at)homemakerbarbi.com.
