Our menu plan this week features celebrity recipes from Tom Cruise, Dale Earnhardt, Ricky Martin, Susan Sarandon and more.
What we noticed the most about this collection of celebrity recipes is that they call for mostly vegetables, a medium amount of proteins, and little carbohydrates.
Our free printable Take and Make Menu Plans contain everything you need for an entire week’s dinners and all you have to do is the shopping and cooking! Print out the menu plan each Sunday, which includes:
- A printable grocery shopping list of ingredients. Print out the list, check off what you already have on hand, then take your shopping list to the store.
- A dinner meal for each day. Click the name of the meal to print the recipe and directions. (After the week is over, add the recipes to your cookbook for future use.)

Have a great week & thanks for sharing.
Oh, I am going to have so much fun exploring your site! I LOVE “Leftover Love” too… although sometimes I have to reinvent those leftovers to get my family to get rid of them, it’s nice to set out a ‘smorgasbord’ and let them choose.
I am going to have to try those beans and rice! Thanks for sharing!
@Sharon: I stumbled upon the celeb recipes while looking for something else. What a good surprise! Thanks so much for coming by

@Angela: We do a “leftovers of the world buffet” to get rid of large quantities sometimes… works very well!

Its great that you decided to make a menu theme with recipe ideas from the Meatless Monday website! I hope you enjoy your week of celebrity eating. I actually work on the Meatless Monday campaign, and I always love seeing new creative ways to make meatless meals fun.
Meatless Monday encourages Americans to skip meat one day a week to improve their health. Did you know that cutting meat from your diet once a week reduces your saturated fat intake by 15%? That reduces your risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes and certain types of cancer, four of the largest killers in the United States.
All of the recipes listed in this post can be found at MeatlessMonday.com. You can also find lots of other recipes and healthy eating tips, so please stop by. Thanks again Barbi!

@Tami: Sure thing! It was fun to get all those celeb recipes. We actually stumbled upon them accidentally while creating the meatless meals menu, which published last week. Thanks so much for stopping by!
