We even provide you with the recipes to use, crafted from some of the finest chefs in the country. This week’s menu includes a special Superbowl Sunday lunch and appetizers section for the big game.
Print out the Take And Make Menu Plan each Sunday, which includes:
- A shopping list of ingredients. Print out the list, check off what you already have on hand, then take your shopping list to the store.
- A dinner meal for each day. Click the name of the meal to print the recipe and directions. (After the week is over, add the recipes to your cookbook for future use.)

Monday
Dinner: Citrus Pork with Egg Noodles (pictured at left). This great frugal recipe is quick and easy and uses inexpensive ingredients.

Tuesday
Dinner: Chicken Marinara (pictured at left) served with spaghetti and side salads. This perfect mid-winter meal is warm and rich, with melted cheese and a hint of old-world style. Parents and kids alike will be wanting seconds on this dish!

Wednesday
Dinner: Beef Goulash with Dumplings (pictured at left).

Thursday
Dinner: Enchiladas (pictured at left). A favorite of the chef’s family for generations, this Tex-Mex version of enchiladas is sure to please. Go on- try it, and leave a comment about what you think of the taste!

Friday
Dinner: Fettuccine with Creamy Tomato Italian Sausage Sauce (pictured at left).

Saturday
Dinner: Beef Stroganoff (pictured at left) served over egg noodles.
Sunday

Superbowl Appetizers:
Spicy buffalo wings with blue cheese dip served with celery sticks (pictured at left).
Perfect guacamole served with tortilla chips (pictured at right).
Lunch: Chili con Carne (pictured at left) is perfect for all the friends you have over for the Superbowl. It’s easy to make in large quantities with minimal preparation time, and everyone loves chili!
Dinner: Leftover Love. Spread out a buffet table of all the leftovers from the week’s meals. This means a day-off for the chef!
