Our menu plan this week features summer salads recipes with a twist. Our easy summer salads with a twist are versions of recipes that you might not have tried before, with interesting ingredient combinations in light, delicious summer salad dinners.
These dinners don’t require extensive baking or stovetop cooking, helping to keep your home cool as the summer temperatures start to rise.

Meals with Recipes:
Monday
Dinner: Thai Chicken, Mango & Pineapple Salad. The recipe suggests to serve this salad with a side of rice for dinner.
Tuesday
Dinner: Chop Chop Salad. To take this light summer salad from lunch to dinnertime, serve over pieces of grilled chicken breast from the barbeque.
Wednesday
