What’s cookin’ this week?
I’m still resting from surgery, but since my husband is going back to work that means I’m back on cooking duty. This week’s menu is pretty quick and easy with that in mind. (Also, since grocery shopping is out of the question for me in my current state, we’re eating from the pantry for the next 2 weeks. Thank goodness for my stock ups!) Breakfast choices: Cold cereal, homemade porridge
Lunches: (leftovers, brown bagged!)
Monday~ Spaghetti and garlic roasted asparagus (I’ve had this on the menu several times recently, and something has always come up, so we really haven’t eaten any spaghetti yet!)
Tuesday~ **Leftover Love**
Wednesday~ Swedish meatballs and veggie
Thursday~ Pork roast with lentils, barley, carrots and potatoes
Friday~ Chili cheese hotdogs (the chili is homemade by my husband, previously prepared and in the freezer)
Saturday~ Pork stir fry (using pork from the roast, of course!)
Sunday~ **Leftover Love**
