Menu Plan Monday 3/25/08

This is our first week partnering with Org Junkie’s Menu Plan Monday! Quick and easy, since Monday’s almost over.

Dinners

Monday: Ham (from Easter), roasted garlic asparagus, mashed potatoes

Tuesday: leftovers

Wednesday: Stuffed cabbage rolls

Thursday: Pork stir fry (using up a pork roast!) and rice

Friday: Pineapple pork, veggie

Saturday: leftovers

Sunday: Hungarian goulash

Welcome! This looks great, especially the garlic asparagus. I love asparagus. I am hoping to get my 4-yr-olds to start eating it this spring.
