Breakfast choices: Cold cereal, homemade porridge, oatmeal, cream of wheat
Lunches: (leftovers, brown bagged!)
Dinners:
Monday~ Shredded pork tacos
Tuesday~ Hungarian goulash
Wednesday~ Chicken Madness with side veggie:
My husband named this dish! You bake chicken breasts, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and rice together. Recipe and photo coming soon!
Thursday~ **Leftover Love**
Friday~ Swedish meatballs and rice
Saturday~ South of the border macaroni & cheese:
A homemade concoction, this spicy mac & cheese includes cheddar cheese, orange or yellow bell peppers, and chili powder!
Sunday~ Spaghetti and Meatballs, Italian Zucchini

I do a similar dish to your Wednesday one. But I add my veggies into it as well. I use frozen mixed veggies, just cooked, and toss those in. And I usually top it with some grated cheese.
