Weekly Menu Plan: The Frugal Cafe 6/15/08
Welcome to Homemaker Barbi’s Menu Plan, The Homemaker Barbi Frugal Café. This week’s menu uses up on-hand ingredients (meaning we’re using what’s in the pantry and freezer because they’re overstocked!). We ended up with a Mexican food theme this week completely by accident, so we’ll be using a lot of dried beans as ingredients!
Dinners
Monday: Taco soup (new recipe – we’ll see how the family likes it!)
Tuesday: Nachos
Wednesday: ~ Leftover Love ~
Thursday: Homemade Mexican rice with shredded chicken
Friday: Chili cheese cornbread (watch for this recipe, coming soon!)
Saturday: Ramen chicken veggie soup with homemade biscuits
Sunday: Tacos
