@Rona: Sorry to hear about the allergies. In spring we get a lot of pollen from Russia, believe it or not, because the winds carry it across to ocean right to Alaska. Crazy!

My husband loves General Tso’s chicken, but I’ve never even thought of making it. That would be a great surprise for me to dish up on his birthday. Of course, that’s not until October, but I saved it in my favorites so I wouldn’t lose it.
