I made the nacho salad last night. It was sooo easy and delish! However, I used Italian dressing instead of salsa. I know, sounds weird. My hubby and son distracted me at the grocery store last night and I completely forgot the salsa. I didn’t realize it was missing until we were already making the nacho salad. The only thing I had on hand was the italalian dressing. Thanks Danelle for the recipe and menu plan! I will definately make this again and next time I will try it with salsa!
