Laundry Solution for Velcro

If you have little ones, you probably know from experience that the velcro on bibs somehow always comes undone in the wash!  Other clean clothes come out with snags and pills from the velcro getting stuck to them.

To avoid velcro snagging other items or attaching multiple items together, try this:

Put any clothing items with velcro (bibs, cloth infant shoes, etc.) into a zippered mesh laundry bag before laundering.  The velcro items will only stick to each other, and will be neatly corralled together to protect your other clothes!  Mesh laundry bags are good for many other uses, such as washing infant socks so they don’t get lost in the other clothes.
