On my trip to the Oscar Mayer Kitchens at Kraft Headquarters I was able to meet the amazing chef John Li (pictured at left: Chef John Li and Danelle Ice).  Chef Li crafted 4 recipes for our readers which are restaurant inspired but can be made easily at home without the restaurant price.
