E-Coupons and Proctor and Gamble

Thanks to my friend Carrie at Money Saving Methods for the heads up on this one. Check out her great post about how e-coupons work here.

Kroger is now using e-coupons which you load onto your shopping card. For those of us in Alaska, Fred Meyer is not included. Click here to choose your e-coupons.

Also, the regular Proctor & Gamble coupon insert will be in Sunday papers on April 6th, and contains $67 worth of coupons! (In Alaska, it’s in the Anchorage Daily News.) To find out which local newspaper carries your P&G insert, click here.
