That is very cool Danelle! :) I live about an hour or so from Madison, I didn’t even know that they were headquartered there. As for questions, because of hypertension, I’m concerned about the amount of salt that is used in processing. I was just watching a report last night on the news about how many fast food restaurants use an excessive amount of salt in their food, a very unhealthy amount in fact. If you could squeeze some sort of question in there about that I would appreciate it :)

    Yay for you! How fun!!!

I, for one, don’t care as much about “organic” as I do about the nitrates/nitrites, and processing. I’d like to see a commitment to utilize farms designated “Humane”, and no hormones, etc used in the animals. Some of that would be applicable under an organic label, but it depends on who regulates that particular organic certification.

I’d also like to see less sodium….

And toddler portions (a competing company has toddler lunch kits which are GREAT!).

Oh gosh, I can’t remember. I know they’re in the store with the regular Lunchables, and they’re blue, and come two to a pack. I’ve found them at Wal-Mart and our Grocery store.
