I found cabinets just like these at a garage sale this summer from GarageSaleCow.com. The cabinets really needed to be updated and a new paint job did just the trick!

@Sunny: I was going to antique the cabinets with a brown tea wash, but once I saw them completed, I liked them as is! It’s funny you mention green lines, because the curtains we just put up in the kitchen have green and white stripes. Thanks so much for the compliments!

Homemaker Barbi, Your kitchen looks just Stunning!!!! Congrats!!! I am wondering what colours are you planing to use as accents?
I am only asking as I have seen some cabinets which looked alot like yours the last time I was in France, in an antique home. Their kitchen cabinets looked so much like yours, and they had an added pale green colour where the lines were in the cabinets, and the hardware was very old looking. It honestly was so relaxing to be in there.

Your kitchen looks like a Country french dream, so far. I can not wait to see what else you do!!! Sunny:-D
